On new requirements for the environmental indicators of agricultural tractors in the Customs Union

BACKGROUND: Decisions of the Council Eurasian Economic Commission No. 127 October 29, 2021. and 89 dated 04/15/2022. amendments have been made to Technical Regulations Customs Union On safety agricultural forestry tractors trailers for them (TR CU 031/2012).
 AIMS: Analysis modern requirements environmental indicators in Union.
 METHOD: Analytical.
 RESULTS: By decision (October 2021.) 031/2012, which cover issues as follows: clarification emission harmful substances with exhaust gases from diesel engines, installed on mentioned tractors; introduction (for first time) emissions dual-fuel engines (i.e. gas-diesel process); similar spark-ignition operating gaseous fuel. Environmental correspond European level Stage IIA period up 09/01/2022 IIIA after specified period. The gas are accordance those, technical documentation, until TR this date.
 CONCLUSIONS: Clarification 031/2012 regulatory eliminates ambiguity understanding these requirements.
